PAYMENT POLICY

All orders are confirmed only after receiving 100% advance payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will not be processed, packed, or shipped without full payment confirmation.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchange only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are applicable only for size issues or manufacturing defects. The product must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange request. Exchange requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to a defect from our side. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for a limited validity period.

NO RETURN POLICY

We follow a strict No Return Policy. As most of our products are made-to-order and quality checked, goods once sold cannot be returned for a refund. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed. Cancellation requests will only be considered before production or shipping begins.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

Actual product colours may slightly vary from the images displayed. Variations may occur due to different screen resolutions, display settings, lighting conditions during photography, and fabric dye batches. Such minor colour differences are not considered defects.

MADE-TO-ORDER DISCLAIMER

Many of our products are made to order or produced in limited batches. Slight variations in stitching, print placement, or fabric texture may occur and are part of the uniqueness of the product.

SHIPPING

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and operational factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
